Returns, Exchanges and Shipping Policies

Items are generally shipped by Canada Post (delivered by US Postal Service in the USA). In the unfortunate event of a postal strike items maybe delivered by another shipping method at no extra cost to the customer. Please contact me if you are interested in expedited shipping options.

If Items are being shipped outside of Canada, be aware that they are crossing the border and delays can occur with customs. Buyer is responsible for all custom and brokerage fees.

All premade items will be shipped 1-3 days after payment has been received. All memorial or custom items will be shipped within 3 weeks of ashes being received by Duff Glass.

If you wish to return an item please contact me to make arrangements. Returns will be accepted less shipping costs (and you are responsible for return shipping).
