Christina Callahan first began lampworking 20 years ago. She took many classes and worked hard on perfecting her skills in Lampworking. Christina was truly inspired after taking a class with Loren Stump she became obsessed with making complex murrini cane. She loved the amount of detail she could add to a small bead by using this technique. She continues to expand her repetiteur in lampworking skills.
Christina has taken classes from many amazing artists including: Loren Stump, Josh Mazet, Melaine Moertel, Margaret Zinzer, Jim Smircich, John Kobuki, John Linquist. and Suellen Fowler.
Hank Duff has been glassblowing for about 14 years. He has taken classes at ACAD and the Red Deer College. He is lucky to have been taught by some inspirational instructors that have fostered his creativity. Hank focuses on sculptural pieces. His pieces are organic and have a biological quality.
Duff Glass is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and features glass work from the Duff family. We are committed to creating and offering quality handmade glass art. Duff Glass offers lampworked items (glass beads, marbles, paperweights) as well as glass blown items (vases, sculpture pieces, etc). We hope you enjoy our items as much as we enjoy making them.
